After breathing new life into this historic structure (formerly Sparkle Ice), Pacific Yard House experienced its’ Grand Opening September 1, 2017! PACIFIC YARD HOUSE HISTORY

Located across from the railroad, the building was originally part of a 50-acre tract owned by an unspecified railroad interest back in 1907. Somewhere around 1942, Albert L. Johnson bought this half-acre parcel for $300 – along with several other neighboring lots. By this time, the original building was falling down, so Johnson constructed a 7000-square foot building. This building housed a wash house and dry-cleaning operation on one side, while the other side became Jewell Ice – which was named after Johnson’s wife.

Pacific Yard House offers a diverse menu of American-style cuisine that includes classic pub fare, such as burgers, wings, and sandwiches, as well as more elevated dishes like seafood, steak, and pasta. The restaurant also boasts an extensive selection of craft beers on tap, as well as a variety of wines and cocktails.

In addition to its dining options, Pacific Yard House is also known for its live music and entertainment events. The venue features a large stage and hosts a variety of local and regional musicians, as well as comedians, DJs, and other performers. The outdoor patio area is also a popular spot for guests to enjoy drinks and socialize with friends.

We went for breakfast & had the pleasure of being severed by Gigi. She had great recommendations and gave us amazing service, we never had to ask for one thing. Breakfast was also extremely delicious, we tried the pupusas and baledas & we even got a togo order because we wanted to try everything! I highly recommend coming here with your family or friends, the staff is wonderful!

Came for dinner and ordered blackened redfish- decent portion and enjoyed it. Ordered a brownie sundae- typical desert, nothing fancy or extra, but would not have ordered had I realized it was $13. Thinking that’s a bit overpriced, in my opinion. Plus, why are onion rings considered a “premium” side order???

We went Saturday night to watch my favorite local band, Chance Of Rain. The service was a little on the slower side, but was great when he did get come by. The drinky drinks were great!

Been to PYH a few times and it never disappoints. Food is very good, service is great, and the atmosphere has an upbeat vibe and the live bands have been great!! Would definitely recommend to have a great night out with friends and family.

The food was good. I ordered fried pork belly and fish and chips. They were both delicious. I enjoyed the Korean BBQ sauce.

Very nice place to just chill and visit with friends. The food was alright. They got the order wrong so it took them awhile to fix the problem. Service was very slow as well. My beer of choice was not available. It was listed on the menu but was not available. Will be back to give it another chance.

This place was perfect for us! The music was on point! My husband and I knew every song that played and it was good music! The atmosphere was laid back and it’s in an old building in the middle of town. We ordered appetizers of wings and the pork cracklins and my song loved the wings and my husband and I enjoyed the cracklins. My husband got the bacon wrapped pork chops and he took one bite and was in love. I ordered the tequila lime chicken and it was just as delicious. We also got a brownie sundae and it was delicious and my song loved enjoyed it so much. It had ice cream, pecans, chocolate and caramel syrup. Service was spot on!

This is a great spot for great food. There is a variety of dishes and handheld and plenty of seating. Everything we've had here is good. There is a stage, but I haven't gone when music was playing. We often take friends or relatives from out of town here and everyone enjoys it. They have tons of beers to choose from and a ton of taps. This has become one of our regular spots.

We loved this place!! Food is definitely super yummy at great prices. When we arrived they had live music, and the guitar player singer was already performing. Such a great time, .. he absolutely enhanced our enjoyment of the evening. The decor was perfect for this Conroe Texas .. not too country, not too modern .. just industrial enough to be honest and awesome!! We will definitely return on our next trip to Conroe!!

Went for lunch, first visit. The staff was very nice, our server was great without being intrusive! It’s an interesting old building, I would imagine it’s more for the nighttime crowd. Food was just average, don’t know if I’d go again to be honest

Pulled pork sandwich and BBQ sauce is amazing. Fries are some of the best fries I've ever had. A must TRY!! Michael was our server, he was friendly and prompt with service. Definitely coming back with my family.
