The views of the lake are breathtaking, whether you’re out on the patio, at the bar or dining in the Monty's Lighthouse live music restaurant, you will enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and the views. Patio heaters take the chill off on cool days. Monty’s Lighthouse has several public boat-slips available so that you can arrive by boat or by car.

We’re came here after we sat for 20 mins at another restaurant (just across the lake) without a server stopping by our table. We had a short wait for a table & were promptly greeted by Isaac upon sitting. He had off the menu suggestions, always had our drinks topped off, & was really friendly! It was by random luck that we were able to have dinner on this beautiful restaurant on Lake Conroe. The view was gorgeous when we dined on the patio, it was overcast and breezy which I feel added to our celebratory dinner. Our waiter was Collin Z and he was amazing, so be sure to ask for him. We had the crab jalapeño queso for an appetizer, which had some heat without being overpowering. The stuffed shrimp cous cous with green beans was OMG an absolute joy to eat. The crawfish poboy had just the right crunch and was well seasoned. We did a beignets flight for dessert and I was so dumbstruck on the beautiful display I forgot to take a picture, but the beignets alone I would come back for. This restaurant is 2 hours from my house and if I lived closer I’d eat here every day! I plan on adding this delightful place to my future adventure datebook! We dined as a party of two, had 6 shots ranging from $6-$9, appetizer was $14, dessert was $10 and the entrees were about $40- total bill was $120. - 9/07/2024
