I had a great experience buying a new Nautique G23 from dockside. Mark was fantastic helping me put a deal together while I was out of town. Then I have to give a big shout out to Grant Pope. He went the extra mile with our delivery experience and helping get our boat totally set up and took us out showing all the features. Recently I had service done on my 2020 G23 SuperAir Nautique. I must say I was extremely impressed with the service. Sondra went above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed with everything they were working on. The boat was ready when promised and the boat was cleaned before I picked it up. I always thought that the sales process was great at Dockside Marine having dealt with Mark in sales. In the past I have had struggles with the service department, but they have definitely turned things around completely in that department.
