E-Z Boat Storage and private launch service will get you and your boat in-the-water on Lake Conroe so quickly, you may not want to utilize our quicker out-of-the-water service. We put it in, we take it out! You can store your boat off the lake and hope a public boat launch will have room for you if hassle free boating is not a priority. 640+ fully enclosed dry boat storage units and stalls, all with concrete drives, will keep your boat or auto(when on the water) secure and safe. Trained valet launchers and boat launch tractors are available to insure immediate placement of boats into Lake Conroe for dry storage tenants.

Our Dry storage buildings will accommodate boats over 40′ without lowering canopies or sport racks. Trained tractor drivers pull your boat in and out of the water. Park your car or truck inside your unit, keeping it cool and secure.

They do it all and it stays in a enclosed storage unit. We had a battery problem, and one of the staff offered to change out the battery at a very fair price, and he took care of it in about 20 minutes. We were so grateful. It really can't get much more convenient. You store your boat there and call them on one of the walkie talkies they keep mounted on the walls when you're ready to go out. Then you climb in your boat, and they use a tractor to pull it to the launch to put you in. But the reason I decided to write this review is that after accommodating us nicely when we decided to sell our boat and end our lease I immediately received a refund of my deposit that I didn't even remember making.
