The Icehouse in Conroe is everything you didn’t know you needed in a local spot—laid-back, lively, and full of unexpected charm. But what truly sets it apart is Jay—an absolute gem of a human being. Not only was he incredibly personable and welcoming, but he also went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing experience. He cracked jokes, remembered names, checked in with everyone like a true host, and kept the energy high the entire night. It’s not every day you meet someone who can manage a place and make you laugh so hard your drink almost comes out your nose. The Icehouse itself is a perfect mix—great drinks, a solid crowd, and a vibe that feels like home but cooler. But let’s be honest: Jay IS the vibe.
