$30 for 2 tickets and calling it “luxury” recliners is insane . Seats are all tore up , theater feels hot.

They are always “out” of pretzel with cheese. But yet I see others purchasing. Lazy workers and poor management.

This was a great theater in its day, but now the seats are worn out, the floors are sticky and; there must have been 20 minutes of commercials before the movie began. It's time to find a new theater.

Went to see Jurassic World and had a great experience. The theater, was clean, cold, and the prices are super reasonable. A young lady named Angelica went above and beyond and provided A plus service!

They make you buy the tickets at the concession stand, then charge adult price for a 4 year old, then don’t have the children’s popcorn box so they have to carry everything separately or you do along with all of your stuff as well. The to finish up the nightmare they play 40 minutes of reviews before the movie, we get 10 minutes into the actual movie and all of the lights go out! This place has gone downhill fast!!! Won’t be back will just go to the Xcape from now on or to the woodlands it’s not much further. I thought it was odd why there were only 4 families in the entire movie but then after putting everything together it was very clear why!

i mean, its okay. it does its job as a theater. its just not really modernized by other chain standards. you cant pour your own drinks and very limited on diet/zero sugar options because of this. the recliners are worn down on the bottom cushions from natural wear and tear on the leather. the restrooms are decently cleaned, but not really tended as i went twice in one movie and there were the same two alcoholic beverage cups left in one of the stalls on both visits. there was a cardboard cutout from the sonic 3 movie that came out 12/2024 on display on 7/3/2024. its now a cashless establishment and they offer an atm to put your cash on a card. i didnt use it, so i dont know if its to deposit to your own card or a santikos use only card. its the cheapest option in the area compared to amc, which i mean youre paying for a mid-tier experience

What a great theater, however selling tickets and concessions at the same time is not working very well There was a very long wait to get concessions as not enough stations were open. It was opening night for a very large movie They could do better with that. The actual theater itself was amazing, the seats were so comfortable and well worth the price!

The power went out at The Grand Theater in Conroe power. They got it restored but have no ETA on when they will be showing movies today. We had purchased our tickets online - no indication of this issue. Upon arrival we were informed but they refused to offer refunds even though the movie time had not lapsed! The General Manager (Chris) would not come out and speak to any customers. Their website was still allowing ticket purchases during all of this even as we left! Complete fraud!

Why aren't 0 stars allowed? We walk in to the theater, ready for our movie, only to be told that the AC is broken. They did not attempt to reach out to us before the movie time. They made us wait 25 minutes in two lines to get tickets for the later show. The girl at the counter, green hair and piercings, was extremely rude and unhelpful. They made no offer of free popcorn or free tickets for the inconvenience. 10/10 recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Can’t buy tickets at the front have to stand in line for 15 minutes short staff every time we come, only two person lines are long it’s ridiculous the time to wait to get your food and tickets bad service, timing short staff unprofessional, don’t come here second time I’m deceive!!!
