Came here with my family to see Superman and had a great time. The theater is clean, cold, and the food is surprisingly good. Special shout out to Angelica who provided excellent service. 10/10 recommend!

Just saw a movie with some friends. Really enjoyed the great service we received by Angelica! She was lovely and sooo helpful!! Highly recommend coming to this theater.

Overall not terrible. Cleanliness of the chairs and cup holders could be better. Prices are atrocious as expected. Arcade could use some updating and maintenance ( 2 games ate tokens). Put the show times on the wall by the giant useless clock...lots of wasted space.

Went to see superman with my mom. This place doesn't honor senior citizen discount for movie tickets. I was told all tickets are the same price. Also there was no ac circulating through out the theater. It was stuffy. Not a fan of consetion stand tickets where you buy your food. Not accepting cash too.

Do not buy any concession items besides popcorn and drinks. Anything else is gross and not worth it. Sent my boyfriend to get me some nachos and he came back with a box that had a small cup of cheap cheese and stale chips. All for $10 when someone asks for nachos they aren’t asking for chips and cheese dip. This is extremely lazy of the owner and I would expect more for $10. Even the pickle I had tasted chemically and the small tray given did nothing but still leak from the sides when the package was opened. The movie was fine and in great pictures but the ripped chairs were a turn off and for how much money we spent, I would’ve expected better.

This theatre is in dire need of a refresh! Seats are so worn the fake leather has cracks all over. 1 of the recliners did not work. Floor was so sticky. Prices are terrible, even for a theatre! There are better options, just not close.

I recently visited The Grand cinema and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite the $15 ticket price, which is on the higher side, the seating was in terrible condition. Every single seat looked ripped, worn out, and poorly maintained. It was genuinely uncomfortable to sit through a movie — you could feel the wood beneath instead of any cushioning. For the price paid, I expected at least basic comfort and cleanliness. Unfortunately, this cinema did not meet even the minimum standards, and I won’t be returning. Definitely not worth the cost.

Power went out and the exit was chaos! Employees had no organization on who already got a "raincheck" and when the manger realized they were being handed out like flyers she became VERY protective.

This was a great theater in its day, but now the seats are worn out, the floors are sticky and; there must have been 20 minutes of commercials before the movie began. It's time to find a new theater.

Went to see Jurassic World and had a great experience. The theater, was clean, cold, and the prices are super reasonable. A young lady named Angelica went above and beyond and provided A plus service!

They make you buy the tickets at the concession stand, then charge adult price for a 4 year old, then don’t have the children’s popcorn box so they have to carry everything separately or you do along with all of your stuff as well. The to finish up the nightmare they play 40 minutes of reviews before the movie, we get 10 minutes into the actual movie and all of the lights go out! This place has gone downhill fast!!! Won’t be back will just go to the Xcape from now on or to the woodlands it’s not much further. I thought it was odd why there were only 4 families in the entire movie but then after putting everything together it was very clear why!
