Paul and his people did an outstanding job installing our new boatlift and canopy system recently. The quality of their work and service has been beyond reproach!!! My lift is located within a canal next to my home, where most of the time, the wave action is quite active. My boat lift brings my pontoon boat up quickly and quietly. They also install quality dock lighting systems as well!!! I would recommend The Boatlift Company to anyone who is considering this style of a boatlift…..totally worth it!!!

Not very good at returning calls. Still waiting on our boat house inspection report even after talking to the receptionist and being promised it would be resolved. We have left several messages and spoken to receptionist more than once.

The Boat Lift Company did an excellent job installing my 2 jet ski lifts. And when a small adjustment was needed they were came out that day! Before I purchased the lifts I went to their shop and they showed me how they were built and the upgrades they have made over time to the system.

Very quick to return phone calls until I told them I was getting a second quote and option. Poor customer service after the fact. Will be taking my hard earned money else where.

We moved to the area & had issues with the boat lift cables. The Boat Lift Company was able to get to us quickly & do the repairs needed. Both the guys who showed up were really nice & gave me tips since we are new to the Lake life. We are happy with the work & plan on using them in the future when maintenance & repairs are needed.

Apparently they don't need our business. We visited this company's office and asked them to do some work on our boat dock. They gave us a ball park price while we were there and told us that we would be receiving a firm quote in a few days. We never received the quote. After multiple calls and visits to their office and after being told repeated lies about when they could perform the work we finally gave up and went elsewhere. The work is now complete and we still haven't even received a quote.

Unorganized and unreliable. I've made multiple calls in the last six weeks to get a lift repaired that I purchased from them... Finally gave up.

Good people. They do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. Great products. We bought a hydraulic lift from them and we will be doing more business with them as we make additions and improvements to our boat house.
