I like that it's not super busy here and the prices are more reasonable. I also enjoy the fact that you don't have to wait in lines for popcorn, snacks, or food. They bring it to your seats. I don't like that they automatically tack on an 18% gratuity because I'm the kind of person that will tip at least that of you do a good job, but I understand that a lot probably wouldn't tip at all because it's not a "restaurant" although they serve meals...not just snacks.

The AC was out and it smelled horrible. It seems like the AC has been out for a while judging on the other reviews. The ceiling tiles were also missing like they fell down or something. We'll never be back to this location. Service was good though no complaints there.

The service was terrible, pushed the button multiple times and no help. Spent $40 on popcorn and a drink for no refills when I finally got up to get it.... The Grand is the place to go for cheap, good customer service:)

This place has gone hill so much! The food was absolutely HORRIBLE! $104 for 3 sodas (the best part) one pizza (no sauce, no cheese), burger, fried pickles if that what you want to call them and nachos with no meat. Server was super sweet, isn’t her fault food was garbage, so the 18% gratuity didn’t both us.. Clearly that’s why they don’t try on the kitchen! Needs new management clearly! We will never come back to Star Cinema, especially this location!

They gave me a full meat burger when I asked for an impossible burger. Luckily im not super strict about being meatless and have no serious allergies- but that could've gone very wrong for them had it been someone else. Also my sister had to wait almost 25 minutes for silverware to eat her food, which was cold by the time she finally got the silverware. I used to be a big fan but this trip really changed my mind.

Service is horrible and they want you to give them 15% gratitude from no one. You got to earn your tips. I’m a waiter n have to bust my behind and still get no tips sometimes. Why because it’s not mandatory. If guest don’t want to give you tip then to bad. Here in this theater we been waiting for half the movie for food being burn bring popcorn cold and still no drinks. And they expect tip as when u tell waiter we’ll not my problem is their answer. Well let me reward you for hard work….

A nice movie-watching experience, but a few issues which detracted. Primarily, we could easily hear -- and almost understand the dialog -- coming from the screen adjacent to ours. Very distracting. Also, the food is a bit pricy -- but the service was great and the food quality was great. Small screening rooms, and small screens -- which is not bad, but we'll probably sit a bit closer next time. Very comfy chairs. Overall, not a bad movie-watching experience. We'll try it again, and if the audio issues are not repeated, we'll update the review to 4 stars ✓

Great service. The reclining seats were comfy and the floors were all clean. Pizza was amazing and the drink was strong enough to where you could enjoy it but also definitely tasted the alcohol. 10/10 regardless if the food and drink are on the pricier side, that’s kind of what you expect as it is a movie theatre after all, but the what we had was all tasty so it was worth it.

Mildew and mold smell BAD. You can also hear the movies in the theaters next to you the whole time. Food is decent but everything is dirty.

Tried to purchase tickets online. Used bank card and the system timed out so we didn’t get the seats we wanted. The only ones left were the front 3 rows which we didn’t want so I didn’t try to get seats again, we didn’t go to the movie. I woke up this morning to find that my card was charged and the manager Ryan said nothing he can do about the charge except to give us seats in the future. We were traveling through and live in another state. Ryan said unfortunately nothing we can do since it was for last night. I didn’t know until this morning that I was charged. Terrible customer service so my bank will get this charge reversed.
