My son was in the market for a good used boat and what he got from this place was an amazing Used boat! My husband and I drove from Kansas to Montgomery, Texas to check it out and maybe purchase…. Let me tell you from the time we pulled up their facility, the staff, the atmosphere was just positive! Will showed us around, took us back to the boat to the cleanest shop & showed us the upmost hospitality & because their facility is right on the water they have their own docks & boat ramp! Will took us out on Lake Conroe for a beautiful boat ride, took as long as we needed, and as many questions as we needed to ask ,showed us exactly what we needed & we purchased the boat!! Thank you Will & Everyone at Rinker’s for such a smooth purchase of a wonderful boat, that’s gonna give my son the most amazing memories!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Rinker’s Boat World in Walden. Amy has been an exceptional sales professional—knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful through three recent boat deals. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable.Jeff in the service department, along with the rest of the staff, has gone above and beyond every step of the way. I recently took delivery of a 2011 Chaparral 264 Sunesta, and the Rinker’s team went through every inch of the boat to make sure everything was in perfect working order. When a delay came up, they even offered a loaner Cobalt for the weekend so our plans wouldn’t be disrupted—service like that is rare these days.This is a business that truly stands behind what they sell and treats their customers like family. Highly recommend Rinker’s to anyone in the market for a boat or needing top-notch service.

Service after the sale!!! Bought my boat in 2009 after a demo on the lake and have loved it every day since. Had some issues with the freeze and Melanie was right there to help with transportation, repairs and a new custom cover. These guys are there for you when you need them. Highly recommend them as they treat you like family.

We recently worked with AMY of Rinkers Boat World Lake Conroe to purchase a Cobalt R5 and bring it out to Lake Tahoe, CA. Amy was AMAZING! Good quality boat if you are looking for an offshore or pleasure boat. Sales staffs are nice and helpful in general. Recommend Jay if you need help. Just like all other businesses, trade in can be cut throat, but it’s understandable that’s the nature of the business.

Best advice for boat buyers is to make sure you like the dealer. Rinker's checks all the boxes. Amy handled every thing for us. She came recommended by two of my friends who had bought boats from her. Excellent recommendation. Amy Hall knows her boats and accessories.

Our boat started to over heat. Rinker’s had a trailer ready as soon as we got the boat towed over. Lamar & the team got the boat repaired & back to us the same day & we were back on the lake. Great job!!

The people at Rinker's are outstanding. When I have had my boat serviced there they communicate very well and strive to get your boat back to you quickly. On one occasion they even brought me gas when my boat ran out while I was on the lake. Truly an exceptional outfit!
