Since 2004, Resort Attractions, Inc. has been headquartered at the Seven Coves Resort/Marina on Lake Conroe.

We are proud to offer the most unique luxury condos on the lake! Condo rentals include luxurious rooms with private balconies that actually overhang the lake, allowing you to fish right from the balcony if you desire. Additionally, there are tons of other available amenities.

Just 40 minutes north of Houston, TX. Lake Conroe is a 22,000-acre recreational lake nestled in Texas Piney Woods, yet not far from Houston’s’ world-famous sport and entertainment centers and just minutes from “The Woodlands Waterway”, Market Street, and The Woodlands Mall for upscale shopping and dining.

Lake Conroe’s most nostalgic attraction, The Southern Empress, is docked at our resort peninsula and offers lunch and dinner cruises.

Outdoor activities take center stage in the Lake Conroe area. Whether your passion is boating, jet skiing, water skiing, fishing, golf, tennis, swimming, biking, or just relaxing in a natural environment, the Lake Conroe area has it all.

Sun worshipers can enjoy the sun in style and swim at the resort’s large, lakeside pool. Looking for activities around the lake, check out Conroe’s many lakeside dining and shopping establishments along with award-winning breweries and local wineries providing great weekend destinations.

Twisted Parrott is an outstanding newly constructed RV park in Conroe Tx. Texas Rollers RV Club hosted our March campout at Twisted Parrott. Stephanie, Rachel and entire staff laid The Red Carpet out for us . Our name was placed ion the rolling billboard as we entered the park. I didn’t get her name, but staff member escorted us to our site. Patiently assisted us in parking our rig. I can’t wait to visit the campground again . Absolutely TOP NOTCH staff Rachel , Paula & Hanna are a cut above the rest . Their customer service is impecable , they literally catered to every need immediately. The grounds are truly luxury - you’ll feel like your in Cancun at the swim up bar . I would HIGHLY recommend staying here , it’s truly a special RV experience ! 5 ⭐️

We had a fantastic stay at this RV resort! The pool was absolutely beautiful, and our kids had an amazing time enjoying it. The owners clearly put a lot of care into maintaining the property, keeping everything clean and well-kept. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

Great location and even better customer service. It's like a family reunion away from home. For an RV still under construction, the amenities were awesome. Pool, hottub, and swim-up bar were a nice bonus. To round out the evening, we gathered around the beautiful fire pit that suits right off the water. Thanks Ms. Paula. See you again, soon!!!

What a hidden gem! First time here, and I already know it won’t be my last! Twisted Parrot Luxury RV Resort has an incredible atmosphere—the pool is gorgeous, the resort is top-notch, and the people make it even better. The swim-up bar was a huge highlight, and even Mallory the poolside duck added to the charm! Definitely a must-visit spot if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing time.

Twisted Parrot is one of the best RV experiences I had in my life. The hospitality is off the charts. The space is huge here. They have private turf and you’re not close to your neighbor. The pool and the clubhouse area is something like I’ve never seen before in an RV resort. Conley Hannah and Rachel took care of me and made me feel like family. I’ll always come back to this place. Bonus points for the future golf stimulator

I live right behind this “luxury” resort. I’m only mad about the loud awful music they play all day that I can hear from inside my house across from the golf course. I don’t mind music, but it should not be this loud that I can hear it so clearly from inside my house, it’s not relaxing music it is club music. I have studies to do and a newborn in the house. It’s all very stressful and distracting. For the management to know, I will be calling sheriffs office on noise complaints every day if this does stop. Thank you, good luck on your business.

WOW! What a great park to stay in ! Hannah, Conley and Rachel you rock! They made our stay so simple, easy and fun! From the sunsets to the clean bathrooms and a FREE margarita from Conley at the bar I just can’t wait to go back ! It’s also super easy access to margaritaville which we also really enjoyed and we even got a discount on our day pass from the twisted parrot how cool! I could go on and on but you just have to go see for yourselves !

This place is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we pulled in, Conley, Hannah, and Rachel made us feel right at hoMe. The propertY is stunning, the pool is amazing, and the whole viBe is just super relAxing. One of the best things about staying here is how close it is to MargaritaviLLe. We grabbed a super cheap day paSs with the Twisted Parrot discount and had the best time. Plus, they have a golf cart and walking path that takes you straight there, which was a huge bonus. The amenities here are next level. The putting green is so much fun, the bathhouses are spotless, and the RV spots are huge with plenty of room to spread out. To top it all off, we got to enjoy a free margarita.Talk about the perfect way to end the day. Even though they are expanding the park, the construction was pretty quiet and did not bother us one bit. Honestly, we would not have even known if someone had not mentioned it. If you are looking for a beautiful, well kept, and fun RV park with awesome people and great amenities, this is it. We will definitely be coming back!

Pretty cool RV resort, the proximity to Margaritaville along with the swim up bar was definitely a big highlight along with the friendly staff. They seem like they are continuing to expand and add even more amenities and activities. This resort has definitely won me over as my go to spot now when coming through with the family. Can't wait to visit again soon and see what's been added.

Twisted Parrot is the best RV park I’ve visited! The staff was amazing! My frenchie had so much fun playing in the beautiful dog park!!! Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed the sunset in the incredible pool!!!

Conley, Hannah and Rachel were extremely welcoming. Loved the pool and the grounds were very clean! Having a golf cart path directly to Margaritaville was very convenient. Also got a discounted day pass which was awesome! Spots were huge.

We just spent 2 nights at the Twisted Parrot and it was perfect! The owners are awesome and the park is beautiful with the best amenities. It is still under construction in some areas, but it will all be completed very soon. We can't wait to come back!
