Pier 105 Marina, is the closest covered marina to Interstate 45 with the deepest launch and slips on Lake Conroe. Our services also include boat sales, repair and maintenance, slip rentals (wet and dry), boat cleaning, as well as a shop full of accessories and supplies.
The marina is an authorized Starcraft Marine, Yamaha Marine and Mercury Marine® dealership serving the Montgomery area. We are proud to carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory. Financing available as well.

The marina features 64 covered boat slips with electricity and water hookups, accommodating boats up to 50 feet in length. There are also 18 uncovered slips for larger boats, along with a convenient fuel dock for refueling. Boat rentals are available for those who do not have their own watercraft, including pontoon boats, fishing boats, and jet skis.

Anglers will appreciate the on-site bait and tackle shop, as well as the easy access to some of the best fishing spots on Lake Conroe. The marina also offers guided fishing trips with experienced guides who can help you reel in a big catch.

Greatest marina on earth. They pull my boat out of storage for me, launch us into the water, and if we return after closing we tie it up and they put it away the next morning, what more could you ask for. Great team, great location next to moonshiners.

don't trust these crooks don't trust them with service, their "manager" nestor is an incompitent and cannot perform a simple oil change on a boat they have no one on site that knows anything about the boats for sale the storage facilities are filthy with limited access and damage constantly occuring steer clear of this place i wish someone would have warned me

They promised commission if I referred others to them for more business but have refused to pay me my commission and have defame me to other customers. Im writing this review to warn others not to do any referrals with them. YOU WONT GET PAID! Makes you wonder what other sketchy practices they do behind close doors.

I would happily recommend much better places to buy a boat and or store your trailer/boats. Dockside, Big D, Rinkers, etc. There are much nicer, cleaner, and better managed storage and boat selling companies all across the greater Conroe area. After seeing the ins and outs of this company, and having first hand experience of how they treat customers, employees, people’s property, etc. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. I was very hesitant in making this review, but after being appalled by further discoveries of the company’s management this weekend… I can be silent no longer. Please feel free to reach out to me if you ever feel like using any services/products from this company. I can assure you, your money and valuable time can and should be spent elsewhere.

Loved doing business with Pier 105 Marina & SALLY!!! Nothing but the best service! We bought an amazing trailer! The CargoMax XRT 8-57 by Floe is an awesome mighty trailer!! Lightweight yet extremely durable! It is easily pulled by my 2024 Jeep Compass...and looks really good too!! We are extremely happy with our purchase!! [We ordered some additional equipment: spare tire bracket & tire and gate keeper (panels at base of tailgate)] Don't forget to order all the bells & whistles, you won't be disappointed!!

I recently had my Mercury 200 ProXS four stroke engine 200 hour service at Pier 105 on my bass boat that I keep at Lake Conroe. A few weeks prior I had stopped by and filled out a service form detailing exactly what I needed done. They were running behind, so I had to wait a bit before bringing the boat into the shop. A few weeks later, I dropped the boat off on Friday morning, and by the following Tuesday it was ready. The mechanics did a great job on the engine service and the service manager called and e mailed me of the progress along the way. FYI, they are closed on Monday, so I was pleasantly surprised when my boat was ready by Tuesday afternoon. The engine runs great and the service was performed exactly as I had requested. After reading some earlier reviews, I was a bit hesitant about using them but I have nothing but good things to say about my overall experience with them. These marine engines aren't cheap, and it is important to me that I find a shop with quality mechanics and reliable service. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

The epitome of "shipshape" on multiple levels. The folks down there actually care about the customers and their boats. Had them perform my 20-hour service- thoroughly impressed with everything. Sally is so nice, welcoming and friendly! The service department was outstanding, especially Nestor. This guy is a amazing! Very to the detailed explanation and recommendations. I recently purchased a boat and he helped explain a lot of things to me. The service department was very organized and I trust the work that was performed. They care and I highly recommend this Marina for your boating needs...or desires 😆
