What’s more, our new location is a real bonus. North Lake Paddling Company has their own lake front property for easy put-ins. Now there is no longer a need to shuttle/transport rented kayaks. Just make the scenic drive to Calvary Road in Willis with a desire for the water. We make it easy!

Whether you are a seasoned paddler or a beginner, we have the perfect equipment for you. They provide all the necessary safety gear, including life jackets, and offer brief tutorials for beginners to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and confident on the water.

In addition to rentals, we also offers guided tours led by experienced and knowledgeable guides. These tours provide a unique opportunity to explore the lake and its surrounding natural beauty while learning about the local flora and fauna.

Larry is really fantastic. He is super helpful and accommodating and really just a very genuine person. We made our reservation the evening before and he was super accommodating and gave great recommendations based on our needs, including how we might save a few bucks by putting our 14-year-old boys in slightly smaller kayaks that have a lower rental rate. We arrived slightly later than anticipated with our crew of 4 and he had everything setup and ready to go. When we left the house that morning, I texted an ETA and he said he'd have things ready to go for us when we arrived. His prices are really very reasonable and he's very flexible. While out on the water I sent him a text that we'd like to add an hour and we just settled up the difference when we got back. He also gave really great advice on how to save your arms while spending all that time out on the water. Listen carefully, it's great advice and I felt great when we got back 3 hours later. He gave us a map of the cove and pointed out where other anglers like to go for fishing, including a secluded little lake that's a tiny offshoot called "Lake Paula." He is cash only, and tells you that up front, including the fact that there is an ATM in the Stow-A-Way bait and tackle store at the front entrance to the marina. So if you forget to get cash before you leave you aren't stuck. The ATM does have the usual service fee so try to remember to bring your cash if you don't want to have to pay it. We will definitely be doing this again. My wife's family is already saying they want to go with us to experience it on our next outing. That'll likely be 9+ kayaks. And I have no doubt Larry will be up to the task. Thank you, Larry!

Larry is a very thoughtful host and flexible with time. He provides wonderful service to me and gave me detail information about the lake and guide me to use his kayak! I would love to come back and rent here again!

Not sure what’s the owners problem. We called this morning to inquire availability but didn’t end up going due to cash only policy. Got a string of texts from this strange person. Maybe go see a doctor. Will not be recommending this business to anyone.

Larry was great. My entire family went out and had a wonderful time. Very thorough with instructions and ensured we knew all the safety measures. Would definitely go again if we go back to Texas.

Mr. Larry is AMAZING! It’s the perfect spot. He is so friendly and literally goes over and beyond to assure you have a great time. He has a great sense of humor. My sister and I were dying laughing with him attempting to demonstrate how to get into the Kayak. We were beginners but with Mr. Larry expertise we’re true Kayakers now!! lol. We will for sure be back. Go see him but be sure to call before you go.
