Love this place. Sydney B. at the pools was amazing and took great care of me. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely be back.

Not worth the price!The experience itself was fun. But for the price …I would have expected our room to be properly setup for us upon arrival. We had to put on our toilet seat, there were not extra blankets for our pullout sofa. There was powdery cleaner still in our tub that got on my daughter when she climbed in. The balcony was filthy crawling with spiders. Also, no microwave, that was kind of a bummer that we couldn’t re heat leftovers.The lazy river as fun, but the water is this murky green color, some of my family didn’t even want to get in it. Which is odd because the pools look perfectly clean. They really need to step up cleaning around the outdoor area. I stepped on someone diabetes arm patch and seen multiple bandaids on the ground and in the lazy river. Oh, and you can smell the sewage from the bathrooms when you are walking past them.The only ACTUAL restaurant they have was so-so. They claim to have 5 restaurants when in fact 3 of those are outdoor bars. The one inside is basically a snack shack that serves coffee and pastries. The only thing they really “cook” are frozen pizzas. Also, that was ran by a bunch of grumpy young people. Not one of them was welcoming. Also, they do not offer not one vegetarian or vegan option. It being a resort…I feel like they should be more accommodating. Don’t even think about trying to have any food delivered because they have made it so no restaurants can do so.The arcade would have been great if the machines were actually running! Less than half were on and working. One of the worst parts was the 5-10 minute wait for an elevator! The parking is also a joke…even if you pay for a spot, it’s like it’s reserved if you have to run out in town for anything. I’m sure they are making a killing with that.Overall I would not recommend staying there for more than a day. Or if at all..way too many issues for such a HUGE price. I expected way more for staying at a “resort”..

We went there for my friends birthday and it was an awesome place to stay. John and Emily at License to Chill bar were awesome. We like the "belly up" bar vibe and it was nice to find this in the corporate bar scene. My only negative would be during a rush. Ive been in the bartending scene and I know what it's like to be in the weeds. I watched the day shift bartender get deep in the weeds because a storm came through and everybody came inside. Jake was so professional letting everyone know he would get to them as soon as he could. Great communication Jake. When management came in to help, they never made a drink, they never communicated with the patrons. They simply wrote down the order a d passed it on to poor Jake. Again, Ive been in this industry and been deep in the weeds. Management needs to know their drink menu and know how to be the second bartender to help get drinks out and customers served. In summation, great job Jake, thanks John for swooping in, and management learn how to work a bar and assist when your guy is deep in the weeds.

Took my team of 30+ leaders to this resort 7/10 for some team bonding and the staff, facility and restaurants were fantastic. We spent one day at the Pool and our waitress Sydney was outstanding. Will definitely return for a personal stay.

Let’s start with Service - outside bars do not have night help to accommodate the guest . As well as the language barrier ..The kid pool is great but you have teenage kids that are not attended by a parent climbing on the outside of the slides and hold the slides up from letting the little babies enjoy the “Kiddie Jolly Mon kids splash “maybe the parents to these unruly kids are somewhere else getting drunk .. which sucks for the families with small kids . Other than that it was ok !!!! Parents please attend to your kids !!!

Came here for a getaway after a sad event to feel better.The trip from the get go has been nothing short of disappointment. Upon arrival we found out they have power outage. We stayed in the lobby and then had to use stairs to drop our stuff in the room.After 2.5 hours the power finally came back and we had to spend the time in the lobby area for that reason.My husband went down to ask for a crib since their room phone was out of service too. We waited 1.5 hours and no crib. My husband went again to remind them and it’s been 50 mints to that too still no crib. The tv network doesn't work either. Says network error. This place should be 2star because the service here is nothing close to 4 star place. We paid premium price for our stay to experience this. We are already so done of this place and regretting why we chose to come here.

Brought our 5,4 and 1 year old here and they all had a great time! Demi served us by the kids splash pad area and she was awesome! Our drinks and food were both great and came quickly and she was super friendly! Rooms are really spacious and lots of things to do.

booked a last-minute getaway to Margaritaville for my husband and me—literally the day before we were supposed to leave—just needing a quick escape to relax and unwind. Unfortunately, I had to cancel our trip due to a surprise baseball game for my son that I couldn’t miss.Even though the resort has a 7-day cancellation policy, Shelly went above and beyond to help me out. She was kind, understanding, and made the process stress-free. She was able to cancel my reservation so I could rebook at a later time instead of losing the full amount. That type of customer service is rare and so appreciated!We’re now planning to go in August, and I can’t wait! Thank you again, Shelly, for your flexibility and support you definitely gained a loyal guest!

Waterpark is smaller than anticipated and lazy river was a little dirty but rooms are very nice. Overall property is worth the money. Food and drinks are overpriced.

Fantastic resort for adults and children! The room was beautiful with a living room and pull out sofa and separate bedroom with king bed, the bathroom was luxurious boasting large walk-in shower and soaking tub, and a balcony overlooking the resort and lake. The only thing missing from the room was a microwave to reheat food or snacks between meals. A spectacular splash pad for younger children with multiple small slides, climbing net, and interactive water buckets. Infant pool was warm enough for infants and entertain enough for my toddler to enjoy. Lazy river made for a relaxing day and evening for me and my toddler. The larger slides were fast and fun! However, be prepared for the water to splash up your nose as you exit the slide at a fast pace. My 3 year old really enjoyed the big slide, and the pool with the waterfall edge and swim up bar. He had a great time ordering apple juice while swimming. The on-site cafe serves up a delicious cheese pizza as well as several good breakfast options like croissant with ham/bacon, egg, and cheese, or bagel with cream cheese or egg. Highly recommend!

Rylea, Kristina, Kara, and the cruise director Cookie were AWESOME, they made sure that we were AOK from start to finish. 10/10 customer service, we felt so comfortable and were all smiles our whole stay because of these four awesome people.
