i stayed here for 2 weeks and my stat was great the food was amazing the drinks were amazing as well the staff was kind and attentive. i was in the pools/lazy river and Logan the guy with the orange shirt standing by the gate was amazing he was very interacting and was very helpful when me and my family had questions and was overall a great guy everyday when we saw him my kids knew him by name and would always greet him I asked for him to chose to eat somewhere and he said the land shark and he didn't disappoint me at all. the people in the landshark were also very kind and wonderful to be around and the food was spectacular. the bar at the pool was amazing as well the drinks were good and a reasonable price. the only problem i had by the pools was a group of kids got into the 18 and up pool on the upper deck but Logan came and got them out other than that me and my 2 kids had a blast!!!!!!

I never leave reviews, but this was bad so I had to. The room was fine, but the beds were tiny. The “water park” was a major letdown—just two slides, and got bored real quick. The lazy river was also quite small, and while the water in the pools was fine, the water in the lazy river looked green and dirty.While the prices were about what you’d expect from a resort, the staff was mainly friendly and helpful, but we did experience kids banging on doors, and clogged showers. Also, when we asked for towels, it took over an hour for the staff to bring them to us.

Had a great kid free weekend! Sydney provided great service by pool! She was very attentive and made sure our drinks stayed full! She was absolutely wonderful!

Ok so when we arrived it was pure chaos as soon as we pulled up. We were trying to drop our luggage off but couldn’t get any assistance and was told we had to park and bring things in which was far and we have 4 kids. We stood in line to check in and when we got to the room we open the blinds and we have the view of a dumpster and a lake. When booking we chose resort view option instead of lake view and we were very disappointed. We immediately went back downstairs and had issues trying to get another room, but thank goodness for Amanda Martz who was generous enough to find us a room. We were told by another desk representative that there was nothing they can do and we actually were going to cancel our stay. When we got in our new room the view was soooooo much better although the room smelled of cigarettes and mildew. We paid a lot of money for a weekend stay and weren’t really impressed. Me and my husband are in talks of doing it again soon but trying to come up with an idea to make the next stay better. It was definitely a fun experience even though there were some kinks in the beginning.

I’m glad that we stayed here using a promotional rate, because I would never pay full price to stay here. Elevators have a 30+ min wait. Pools are hot and dirty. Pull out couch is literally a thin mattress pad on metal bars. No bedding for pull out. Limited seating at the pools. Save your money and find a nicer resort.

Waste of money! We should have booked a resort in Austin instead of this. The room is not clean too many insects in our room you would think they’re not cleaning and just changing the bedsheets and towels. We made a complaint to the reception but still no one came to clean or at least check the ceiling because of too much insects, crazy! The veranda is so dusty too and lots of spider webs you would think it’s like a Halloween decor. This place is crazy, food wasn’t great we had better and willing to pay a pricey food but pls make it reasonable. We checked out early cos we couldn’t stand the place and bed is not comfortable too if you have back problems.

We attended Margarita Villa Resort this past Saturday for a concert — a group of 7 including children — and overall had a great experience. We did have a few issues at first with the lady at the VIP desk, but thankfully we were able to speak with the manager, Daniel, who was incredibly helpful and got everything resolved quickly and professionally.The VIP waitress was also excellent — very attentive and quick with service. We loved that the event was family-friendly and welcoming for all ages.We definitely recommend this venue for future events!If I had one suggestion, it would be about the parking fee. We were charged $10 for parking specifically for this event, which caught us off guard since there’s no parking fee when visiting the restaurant or venue otherwise. It also wasn’t listed online when purchasing tickets. If a parking fee is going to be charged, it should be consistent across the board and clearly communicated.

*At check in, Nadia was extremely unprofessional & rude. I had asked how parking worked as it was our first time here & all the guy outside said when directing traffic was "pull around over here & we will be right with you" then 30 mins of nobody greeting, we walked inside.She got snippy & told me I could look at a posted sign to see to scan a qr code for info. I said "oh okay" so is it self park? VALET? This is our first time. She responds, again, im not sure. Youll have to scan code & theres no need to roll your eyes. I can see youre upset! Is there anything else you need before you roll your eyes again? (Loud enough for the lady in line next to come up & say how unprofessional that was)I didn't roll my eyes at all. I did however ask my husband to scan the qr code with his phone because for some reason it wouldnt open on mine.*Cotton Candy Machine upstairs - broken*1 elevator doesn't work*Coolers in Cafe don't cool. So drinks are hot.*Ice cream in cooler is so frosted over it's freezer burnt*Games don't work. Turned off, or the few claw games that are on don't even have items that the claw can reach to win. $100 on game cards, can't use.*Urine drops & dirt / bugs on the baseboard of the bathroom by toilet. - "recleaned" TWICE .. but not once did they fix these issues - disgusting.*Spoke to Heather - also explained how after they recleaned it was still dirty/untouched on those spots. But also how dirty the shower was & also the bed area (dust build up/dirt etc). She stated housekeeping manager would fix at 10am next day as we had just laid our girls to sleep on the couch bed.- they either never came. Or simply did not clean. Took pics to show, still the same dirty.*Outside ice cream shack said open until 7, but nobody was in there at 445, both days..*Lazy River was disgustingly green/full of leaves etc. Grates at bottom are uneven/raised so caused stabbing of toes.*Not enough seating outdoors @ any pool areas.There's just too many things, we travel at least once a month & stay at several resorts/Airbnb etc & have never had an experience like this. Ever. Especially for a place that is only 5 yrs old.
