We were in Margaritaville for my mom’s birthday and was amazing! The service was fantastic especially Shoan who was friendly and helpful with us all the time!!We had a wonderful lunch in Lanshark ,was 5 star ! The food was delicious !We will be back soon!Margarita in the best place in Houston!!!

A reall nice property..Tips check the weather prior to booking all day cabana. We got kicked out twice due the weather clouds & rain passing through miss a full 4 + hour of using the cabana and it wasn't cheap.We were disappointed there was only 1 jetski available to rent and not large enough for 2 adults.The adults only pool area ended up with kids all 5 days. A big disappointment as we were expecting adult time on our couples get away ad the website mentioned adult only area.WE WERE THERE 5-DAYS AND THE LAZY RIVER AND POOL DIDNT LOOK TO BE CLEANED EITHER DAY.Some of the staff seemed over worked or burned out. No customer friendly energy.We did fined a few great staff members.Mr. EmilMs.JeweliaMs Stephanie who was a young supervisor making sure everything was up too par..Thanks to these guys for making it better.With all of this I would still recommend trying this resort

1. Es un hotel aburrido si vas con niños.2. La habitación necesita remodelarse.3. No limpiaron mi habitación. No cambiaron ni las toallas. Estuve dos noches pero se supone que cada día la limpien.4. Todo lo q venden es sumamente caro.5. Si cierran la piscina por mal tiempo (por protección, lo entiendo) pero después q pasa el mal tiempo se demoran en abrir usando la estrategia de mandar msj y mandarte a ir a los bares para q consumas. Pero me pregunto q hacemos con los niños si ven q está el sol afuera y donde quieren estar es en las piscinas.6. Para los niños el área de juegos la mayoría de las máquinas estaban rotas, hasta la de hacer el algodón.7. Las noches aburridas, no hay actividades.8. Hay otros juegos y para q jueguen los niños hay q pagar.En conclusión creo q este hotel cobra demasiado caro una estancia para no ofrecer lo q se espera. Más de 260 dólares por una noche, más los cargos que ni tan siquiera ofrecen correctamente.Yo no recomiendo este este hotel si vas con niños, y NO VOLVERÉ A VISITARLO.

Saydi was amazing! Super sweet and on top of everything the whole time. She made us feel so comfortable and was really fun to talk to. Definitely ask for Saydi if you go—she’ll take great care of you!

The room and bathroom were extremely spacious. No microwave, but that’s ok. I didn’t give room a 5 because now we have bed bugs. The drinks are really high for a “resort” in Conroe and the way you order could be improved. You walk up and hope someone makes eye contact with you. Land shark was super overrated and the fried shrimp looked like popcorn shrimp from the freezer section at a grocery store. One piece of mg fish was so over fried it had holes with burnt black circles on the bottom. The waitress and I laughed and she went and got me another piece. It was just disappointing to be at a resort style restaurant and get Golden Coral food. Go to pappas on the lake. The pools were a little cloudy but it was a holiday weekend. Lobby is beautiful. Parking is a little hectic, but it was a holiday weekend. Now I’m trying to get rid of bed bugs. Room 810. It did smell good. No surprise, but I won’t be returning.

Not worth the price!The experience itself was fun. But for the price …I would have expected our room to be properly setup for us upon arrival. We had to put on our toilet seat, there were not extra blankets for our pullout sofa. There was powdery cleaner still in our tub that got on my daughter when she climbed in. The balcony was filthy crawling with spiders. Also, no microwave, that was kind of a bummer that we couldn’t re heat leftovers.The lazy river as fun, but the water is this murky green color, some of my family didn’t even want to get in it. Which is odd because the pools look perfectly clean. They really need to step up cleaning around the outdoor area. I stepped on someone diabetes arm patch and seen multiple bandaids on the ground and in the lazy river. Oh, and you can smell the sewage from the bathrooms when you are walking past them.The only ACTUAL restaurant they have was so-so. They claim to have 5 restaurants when in fact 3 of those are outdoor bars. The one inside is basically a snack shack that serves coffee and pastries. The only thing they really “cook” are frozen pizzas. Also, that was ran by a bunch of grumpy young people. Not one of them was welcoming. Also, they do not offer not one vegetarian or vegan option. It being a resort…I feel like they should be more accommodating. Don’t even think about trying to have any food delivered because they have made it so no restaurants can do so.The arcade would have been great if the machines were actually running! Less than half were on and working. One of the worst parts was the 5-10 minute wait for an elevator! The parking is also a joke…even if you pay for a spot, it’s like it’s reserved if you have to run out in town for anything. I’m sure they are making a killing with that.Overall I would not recommend staying there for more than a day. Or if at all..way too many issues for such a HUGE price. I expected way more for staying at a “resort”..

We went there for my friends birthday and it was an awesome place to stay. John and Emily at License to Chill bar were awesome. We like the "belly up" bar vibe and it was nice to find this in the corporate bar scene. My only negative would be during a rush. Ive been in the bartending scene and I know what it's like to be in the weeds. I watched the day shift bartender get deep in the weeds because a storm came through and everybody came inside. Jake was so professional letting everyone know he would get to them as soon as he could. Great communication Jake. When management came in to help, they never made a drink, they never communicated with the patrons. They simply wrote down the order a d passed it on to poor Jake. Again, Ive been in this industry and been deep in the weeds. Management needs to know their drink menu and know how to be the second bartender to help get drinks out and customers served. In summation, great job Jake, thanks John for swooping in, and management learn how to work a bar and assist when your guy is deep in the weeds.

Took my team of 30+ leaders to this resort 7/10 for some team bonding and the staff, facility and restaurants were fantastic. We spent one day at the Pool and our waitress Sydney was outstanding. Will definitely return for a personal stay.

Great deal for family staycation! Rooms are a little outdated and shower needed a little more water pressure. But pools, amenities and staff are great!

Let’s start with Service - outside bars do not have night help to accommodate the guest . As well as the language barrier ..The kid pool is great but you have teenage kids that are not attended by a parent climbing on the outside of the slides and hold the slides up from letting the little babies enjoy the “Kiddie Jolly Mon kids splash “maybe the parents to these unruly kids are somewhere else getting drunk .. which sucks for the families with small kids . Other than that it was ok !!!! Parents please attend to your kids !!!
