From start to finish, HTX is a well oiled machine. From the products they sell, the way they treat you as a customer, and the way they service the products you purchase from them. I am very impressed in the way they treat you well after the sell is complete. Their service dept will spoil you. HTX and Tanner, I would give more than 5 stars. Tanner took us out on a boat we were looking at . Spent time with my husband and I and then waited for our kids to get there and took us all back out. The owner Josh was amazing giving us the best price on a new boat. I have bought a few boat and I will say by far the best experience we have had. We had recently moved to Montgomery on the lake and wanted to get a larger boat than the one we had sold prior to our move. We were exploring all options as far as new and used. Another local place was very dismissive of us, but that was not the case with Elliott at HTX. He listened to us and allowed us to take our time. Elliott told us about a boat that might be coming in later in the summer if we were not in a hurry. We told him we were not in any rush. He kept in contact with us and the boat he was expecting came in earlier. He took us for a test drive with our whole family on two different boats. Well, Elliott was right! The boat he thought would be best for our needs was the perfect fit! We are really enjoying being able to take the whole family out together. We really enjoyed our experience at HTX. The entire staff was professional and a pleasure to talk to. Tanner Valentine went above and beyond in helping us with our boat. He was very knowledgeable about the boat and answered every question with have with kindness and patience. Tanner spent an afternoon out on the boat with us showing all the ins and outs of parking the boat, putting it in and out of the water, helping my sister with the wake surfing features, and showing me the proper techniques for pulling a wake surfer.
