I recently visited the showroom to check out their top-of-the-line boats and had a fantastic experience. Chayse greeted me right away and made me feel completely comfortable from the start. It has been a dream of mine to one day own a G-Series Nautique of my own. Thanks to Chayse Sutherland and the team at Dockside Marine that dream came to life earlier this year and they hooked me up with a beautiful G23. Chayse was sure to address any questions and concerns I had, which made the entire sales process extremely hassle free. I highly recommend visiting Chayse at Dockside Marine if you're looking to get on the water and make some great memories with family and friends. We plan to do just that this summer!

Dockside Marine is top notch all around. I started the process requesting a trade estimate through their website and Chayse Sutherland called me later that day. He walked me through a few key differences between some of the boats in their inventory and in the end the one we bought wasn’t the one I had in mind when I started the process. Chayse ABSOLUTELY got us into the right boat by listening to what we wanted and what we don’t care about and I’m sure I’d be kicking myself had I made the decision solo. And this was all over the phone, Chayse put together the framework for the trade and we were on our way. When we went in for a demo Grant was the first person we saw (Chayse was busy at the time but we weren’t inconvenienced in any way) and I’m positive we’d have had the same great experience had he been our salesman. We did a demo with the boat, loved it, and the sales process couldn’t have been more streamlined. No hassle, no back-and-forth, they offered a very fair deal and made it happen. Experts in their field? Yes. No nonsense sales? That too. But the best thing to me was how attentive Chayse and Grant both were to my whole family, not just the guy who is probably the one that actually wants the boat. Our daughter still wants to go back and hang out and I don’t blame her. Great product being sold by even better people.

Just purchased my 3rd boat from Dockside. There’s a reason why I keep coming back. This one was a custom order. Grant Pope and Chayse Sutherland were awesome. They personally delivered the boat to me on the water “dockside” at my house and we made a day of it on the lake testing out the new ride. Awesome customer service! You can’t beat it! This dealership has always taken really good care of us. They even help pull our boat out of the water whenever needed and the service dept. is on point too. If you are in the market for a new or used boat you MUST give these guys a shot.

I recently purchased my second boat from Dockside Marine, and the experience was fantastic! Grant Pope handled most of the process over the phone, making it incredibly convenient and stress-free. His professionalism and attention to all the little details really stood out. While there were a few minor issues, Grant and the team communicated openly and worked hard to resolve everything quickly. If you're looking for great customer service and someone who truly cares about your experience, Grant is the person to go to at Dockside Marine!

I had a great experience buying a new Nautique G23 from dockside. Mark was fantastic helping me put a deal together while I was out of town. Then I have to give a big shout out to Grant Pope. He went the extra mile with our delivery experience and helping get our boat totally set up and took us out showing all the features. Top notch service and experience helping me figure the G23 out and trouble shoot little things to make it a smooth experience. Overall, highly recommend.

Recently I had service done on my 2020 G23 SuperAir Nautique. I must say I was extremely impressed with the service. Sondra went above and beyond to make sure I was kept informed with everything they were working on. The boat was ready when promised and the boat was cleaned before I picked it up. I always thought that the sales process was great at Dockside Marine having dealt with Mark in sales. In the past I have had struggles with the service department, but they have definitely turned things around completely in that department. Delivered my boat after telling me they did multiple checks on all systems. After I took delivery, I launched the boat and the ballast system didn’t work. Also didn’t include the table that comes with this model boat. After asking multiple times and being assured that my table was ordered and being delivered (because they admitted to breaking it), they began to ghost my calls. Needless to say I never got my table. I would not recommend doing business with Dockside.

Absolute criminals. Purchased and paid cash for a used Nautique. They would never deliver the boat because of fabricated "issues" with the boat. They delayed me 3+ months until i gave in and requested my money back. Meanwhile, while promising me the boat once it was fix then sold it to someone for I'm sure was more money. This Im sure was their plan from the beginning.

I bought a Super air Nautique G 23 last year. This is the seventh boat I’ve owned and it is by far the best made boat I’ve ever owned. JT and guys over at dockside marine service has been Top notch.
