They have just become my 1st call for all my future boat lift or dock needs. Les O’Brain is awesome and I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking for help with their lift or dock!

For over 20 years, Dockside has been and continues to be the best dock and lift company on the lake. This is a solid company - they show up on time or early, the work is always done perfectly, and their prices are more than fair. We've worked with half the companies on this lake and Dockside always gets our first call. Times when we've had to use someone else have always reminded us how good Dockside is. As for communication, they've always been easy to reach and highly responsive for us. The phone gets answered, they come out in a day or two to review the job, then we get a quote in another day or two. We get on their calendar (worth waiting for), then they show up and the work gets done right. Every time.

Overall 3 stars. Customer Service - 1/5 - Like other reviews have stated, it's very hard to get a hold of someone (initial service, follow-up and/or on the job). Expect notable communication issues unless that are physically beside you. If they say they will do something, that doesn't always happen. Quality of work - 3/5 - Work is acceptable. Price competitiveness - 3/5 - Above average. Overall Experience: 2/5 - It would have been an adequate experience with better communications / customer service. Will focus on other businesses moving forward as it's rather challenging to do business with them.

This company is so extremely rude and unprofessional! They come to my home for a bid. They never knocked on my door to let me know they were even there to look at it. I needed to talk to a person there to explain my issues with the lift and what we needed done to it. There's a bad spot in the cable they don't even care about replacing. I call back to have them come back to five me another bid to replace the cable. She flat out says we will NOT be coming back for another bid! We will come do the work but can't give me a set price! Stay away! They aren't far away from me either!

Reasonably priced! Did excellent work in putting new bunkers for a new tri-toon I purchased. Just call them back to install a Genie Boat lift remote. Very pleased with their work! Very busy company. Place you work order at least two to three weeks in advance, that way you will not be disappointed!

Dockside was referred to us by a friend. They came out and did measurements to replace the deck of our dock, and was supposed to have quote to us by the following week. Three requests later no quote. What a waste of our time and efforts!
