Busy, busy busy! Rush, rush! It’s that time of the year. So many wonderful things are going on in Panorama. It’s a fun place to live. The Panorama Garden Club enjoyed their Christmas lunch together with a nice turnout at Honor Cafe last Monday. President, Kim King discussed some upcoming events. Tomorrow, December 18, is the judging of the Panorama Decorations and Lighting contest.

Be sure to have your decorations in order and your lights on by dark. Many thanks go to Debbie Luck, Brenda Kirwin, Melisa and Bernie Sargent, and Bill and Kim King for decorating the Gazebo at Schroeder Park. It looks beautiful especially at night, so be sure and go by to see it. Plans are being made for the Garden Club to research now and later purchase some trees for planting at the correct time. One area will be for a tree that was lost near the lake where the benches are along Winged Foot and Cherry Hills. The PWGA met at the home of Kathleen Huber for their Christmas party recently. The pictures on Facebook show they had a wonderful time.

The Panorama Lions were entertained by the Willis High School Jazz Group at their annual Christmas Party. They have recently formed a nonprofit organization they call Lions  Samaritans. Many children and families benefited from that organization recently.

Looking forward to the new year, the Panorama Ladies Association will be entertained by Crighton Theater performers at their Friday, January 5, 2024 meeting at Panorama Golf Club.

There are still tickets available for the Panorama New Year’s Eve party. Includes an array of food and appetizers, desserts, midnight champagne, djnner and dancing, cash bar and loads of fun. Come welcome the Nee Year in a safe place not far from home. Call the Clubhouse for reservations.
