With the absolutely wonderful weather there has been lots of golf played lately.
One such event was the Panorama Women’s Golf Association‘s Party in Paradise 2023 for the benefit of the Montgomery County Women’s Shelter Children’s Christmas Fund. It was a huge success despite the early rain. They are so thankful for all their sponsors for the their generosity. The committee was Ruby Hefner, Gwenda Harroun, Janet Mehalick, Denise Peel, Karen Morgan and Dana Howze.
They say they could not have done it without the collaborative efforts of all their members and they look forward to Party in Paradise 2024, September 19. Â The Panorama and Niners attended their Pacesetters Interclub at Bentwater Country Club Thursday. It was a lovely event with great golf, great food, and lots of camaraderie.
This event was the end of their season and they all look forward to March 2024, when they are able to get together again. Panorama Niners, Tammy Billingsley, Janice Messina, and Darlene Scott returned as winners.  Niners will have their Pumpkin Tournament Tuesday. Other important golf tournaments are the Woody Fail‘s Panorama Open on October 28. It is for members only. Sign up to have a good time with Woody.  The Panorama Men’s Club Championship will be held November 4 and 5.  You may sign up for that in the pro shop.
Be sure, and begin to think about New Year’s Eve. It will be here before you know it! Panorama will hold their Annual New Year’s Eve event so prepare to sign up for your table soon!
