Historic Downtown Conroe

Yeah, for fall! 

This is week two for our local theatres and their performances. 

The Owen Theatre is hosting “Leading Ladies” weekends through Sunday, Nov. 5th about two Shakesperean actors down on their luck who will do anything to get money, while the Crighton Theatre is hosting “Clue” in a hilarious murder mystery where a dinner guest will be the murderer. Every Saturday is the Main Street Market with local vendors and fresh produce from 10:00am until 2:00pm at their new location, 301 N. Thompson, by the courthouse. Support local! 

Saturday, October 28 is the Annual Trunk or Treat from 11:00am-3:00pm at VFW 4709, 1303 W. Semands by Candy Cane Park in Conroe. Come in costume, get candy, and play games!

The Community Wide Garage Sale is Saturday, October 28th at Heritage Place Park, 500 Metcalf St. Booths are available with residents of Conroe receiving a 25% discount. Maximum of two double spaces per vendor. Food cannot be sold without a current health permit. Unsold garage sale items may be left on-site after the event and donated to local charity. The second Annual Pretty in Pink Party is at the Table at Madeley on Saturday, October 28th from 6-9:00pm with live music from Southern Disposition-Debbie Glenn, from The Red Brick Tavern. The Conroe Firefighters will be shaving their heads in honor of so many brave women. 

The Cozy Grape in Montgomery is hosting the 6th Annual Cozy Brunch (a sell out each year) to benefit Senior Meals with Meals on Wheels Montgomery County on Sunday, November 5 at noon.
