Members of the Rebel Joan Of Arc 2721 Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy display their dedication and support for Southern Arts and Literature, as “Friends of the Symphony”, Donors, and FOS & COS Board Members of the Conroe Symphony Orchestra. All these lovely Southern Belles are Season Ticket Holders for the Conroe Symphony Orchestra, and are posed with Artistic/Director/Conductor Maestro Gary Leibst. Additionally these Rebel Joan Of Arc Members support the “Friends of the Symphony” Organization. RJOA ANNE CARTER is also a member of the Friends of the Symphony. RJOA LYN HOWARD is Past Board Member of the CSO, as well as being Past President of the Friends of the Symphony, “Life Member”, and past “TASO” representative for CSO. RJOA DANEAN MYERS is a Season Ticket Holder and Friend of the Symphony. This Intermission Photo was taken with Artistic Director Gary Leibst, who always makes time, as busy as he is, for his Rebel Joan Of Arc Belles. Next up is darlin’ RJOA CHARLOTTE BELIN who is a “Life Member” and Chair Sponsor, as well as serves on the FOS Board. RJOA ANITA STEVENS is also a FOS Member. RJOA MYRA LISTON has a long history supporting the Conroe Symphony Orchestra and just Hosted a Private Party for the FOS who honored their Major Donors, Chair Sponsors and the valiant workers of the Friends of the Symphony. RJOA ELAINE COLLINGS is also a Past CSO and FOS Board Member, and writes publicity and Auction Donor to FOS Events. Other RJOA “Life Members” not pictured, RJOA SHANA ARTHUR and RJOA SANDY MARTIN.
There are many other great supporters of the CSO & FOS, behind the scenes, besides the lovely Rebel Joan Of Arc Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, but these ladies are proud to support their Southern Arts and Literature in their Montgomery County. As the wonderful FOS President Gaby Tryon always says:
“Let’s Keep The Music Alive”!
The “Best of Broadway” Conroe featured Broadway Star Actor and Singer, Sal Viviano, from New York ant this fabulous Concert.
All performances are Saturday Afternoon Matinees at the First Methodist Church in Conroe. The Acoustics are wonderful and just perfect for this magnificent voice of Broadway Star, Sal Viviano!
This Season is coming to a close but next year’s Season will soon be coming.
