Montgomery’s Freedom Fest took place in the town’s Historic District Saturday in celebration of the upcoming Fourth of July holiday. 

The “Anything But a Truck” parade made its way through the historic district Saturday morning featuring golf carts, bicycles, Jeeps and pretty much every mode of transportation except a truck.

After the parade, there was an area with children’s activities, a craft market and all the downtown shops and restaurants were open for visitors.
