The shop offers a range of homemade popsicles and creamsicles made with organic milk and pure cane sugar with no artificial dyes or flavors, Zavalaga said.
Pop and Swirl also serves Peruvian empanadas, savory bites, fruit cups with a topping bar, acai cups and more.
Zavalaga said customers can dip their popsicles with multiple toppings to choose from.
