A Montgomery County car enthusiast could become the new owner of a Lamborghini as a local constable’s office will hold an auction next month for a seized vehicle.

The Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constable’s Office announced Monday that the auction will take place at 10 a.m. on Aug. 2, on 35523 FM 149 in Magnolia.

The black 2013 Lamborghini Aventador was part of a writ of execution from a civil judgment, said Pct. 5 Investigator Ashton Hedrick. The previous owner released the car to a receivership to be auctioned off to satisfy the judgment, Hedrick said.

“It’s not a seize from like a drug dealer or anything like that,” he said.

The vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder, according to a Facebook post by the agency.

All bidders must register the day of the auction with the officer conducting the sale and the auction will be cash only, the post states.

People have already called the agency about the vehicle since the post was made, Hedrick said.

Many took to Facebook to comment on the post.

“Cash in hand, as long as I can test drive it on (Texas) 249 first,” one Facebook user commented.

Another user commented: “I will buy after I win tonight’s power ball.Â
