A man was found with a gunshot wound in south Montgomery County on Tuesday night, authorities say.Â
Around 10:20 p.m., the 18-year-old man was found at the 2900 block of Rayford Road near Spring, according to a release from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.Â

A 911 caller told deputies the man had been shot and was looking for help at a local gas station, the release states.
The man was given medical treatment at the gas station taken to a nearby hospital in fair condition.
No additional information was available. The sheriff’s office is investigating the incident.Â
