Venegas is accused of selling sexually explicit images and videos of women and children online, under the moniker “Starkylol,” since at least summer 2022, the affidavit states.

As part of a the federal investigation, two victims were interviewed including a 16-year-old from Texas and a woman from California.

Text messages included in the affidavit show that both women were contacted by an unknown number that suggested information from their social media accounts was stolen. They were told they would be left alone if they sent explicit images and videos of themselves, the affidavit states.

The unknown number identified themselves as “Starkylol,” who is believed to be Venegas.

Federal agents reached out to “Starkylol” undercover, where they discovered the user had 40,000 subscribers on the website where explicit content was sold.
