“Shakespeare in Love” is performing on stage at the Crighton Theatre weekends through Sunday, April 20. The story is about a young Will Shakespeare struggling with writer’s block as approaches the deadline for his next play. But when he meets the brilliant, fearless, and beautiful Viola, everything changes. Viola, a passionate lover of the theater, is determined to perform on stage — even if it means breaking the law.

Did you know there is a Senior Dance with a live band every Friday night at 6:30pm at the Senior Center at Candy Cane Park? Join the fun and meet new friends. 

Learn about our county at the Heritage Museum of Montgomery County. Saturday, April 19th at 1:00pm hear about the “Historic Ride of Paul Revere” on the 250th anniversary of this event. Call the museum to reserve your free seat at (936) 539-6873. 

The City of Conroe will host the Annual Kidzfest on the streets of downtown Conroe with free admission and fun activities in several “villages” to do hands on learning experiences from 10am-4pm on Saturday, April 26.
