A community with 1,000 homes is one step closer to beginning sales after Shea Homes selected its builders, according to a July 7 news release.

In a nutshell

Wildtree, a 430-acre community, will sit in west Montgomery County and feature 40-foot homesites from Perry Homes as well as 50-foot lots from Coventry Homes. It will also feature 60-foot properties from Toll Brothers and 70-foot homesites from Newark Homes, according to the release.

Also of note

Planned amenities for Wildtree include a pool, splash pad, playground, event lawn and trails. Students will be zoned to schools within Magnolia ISD, according to the release.

Wildtree home sales are expected to start in the fall with prices ranging from $300,000 to $800,000.

“This is an ideal location for people who might work in College Station but want to be near Houston’s attractions or, conversely, work in Houston but want to be near College Station because their children attend school there or for other reasons,” Keith Luechtefeld, Houston division president for Shea Homes, said via news release.
