CONROE, Texas — A dog was reunited with its owners after being rescued from Lake Conroe Saturday, according to City of Conroe officials.
City officials said Patrick Greer, a member of the Conroe Fire Department’s Boat 6 crew, was out patrolling Lake Conroe when he and other crew members saw a dog in distress unable to get out of the water.
Greer hooked the dog and pulled it to safety. The crew found the dog’s owner and coordinated a reunion.
