There are several events taking place in the Conroe and Montgomery area from Oct. 25-Nov. 19, including several fall festivals. This is not a comprehensive list.
Patterson Fall Fest
The Patterson Elementary fall festival will have games, candy, vendors, food trucks and a silent auction.
VFW Post 4709’s Trunk or Treat
The VFW Post 4709 invites the community to a trunk or treat that will feature candy, Halloween crafts and coloring contests.
Montgomery Baptist Church’s Fall Fest
The Montgomery Baptist Church is holding its first fall fest with games, food, vendors and entertainment.
Living Way Church Holiday Market
The Living Way Church Holiday Market will feature vendors and lunch.
Pumpkin Patch and Fall Fest
The Presbyterian Day School Conroe’s pumpkin patch and fall fest will include a movie and pumpkin patch.
Trick or Treat in Montgomery
The community is invited to trick-or-treat in downtown Montgomery. There will also be prizes for the best costumes.
Allendale Trunk or Treat
The annual Allendale Trunk or Treat features games, prizes and trick or treating.
Walden Gift Expo
The Ladies Association of Walden invites the Conroe and Montgomery community to their annual Christmas shopping event.
Fall Fest at the Light
The Light Community Fellowship is holding a fall festival featuring food for purchase, outdoor and indoor games and contests.
Veteran’s Day Celebration
The Icehouse Conroe is holding an event to honor the nation’s heroes with live music by Tyler Tillman, food, drinks and a silent auction supporting 22 Zero and VFW Post 4709. Veterans attending will receive one free drink ticket with their military ID.
Kids’ Consignment Sale
The Just Between Friends Conroe sale will feature items for sale at 50%-90% off retail prices including clothing, shoes, toys, books and baby clothes.

Lone Star Street Dance
Montgomery is holding a street dance with music from classic country to rock. The event will also have bites from local food vendors.
Montgomery County Holiday Extravaganza
The holiday shopping event will have over 280 vendors offering everything from women’s and children’s clothing, home, holiday and garden decor, gourmet food Items, handmade and fashion jewelry as well as fashion trucks.
Muddy Dash
The Muddy Dash is a race with thrilling obstacles and plenty of mud for seasoned obstacle course racers and first-time mud enthusiasts.

Mighty Oaks Veteran’s Run
The second annual Mighty Oaks Veteran’s Day Run is designed to raise awareness about the veteran suicide epidemic.
Texas Custom Knife Show
Featuring dozens of local Texas bladesmiths including several former contestants and champions of the show “Forged In Fire”, the 7th annual Texas custom knife show will also include two days of contests and demonstrations, plus a Q&A with “Forged in Fire’s” Doug Marcaida, vendors and food trucks. Military personnel and current Boy Scouts receive 50% off tickets at the door.

Veteran’s Day Observance
Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Park’s Veteran’s Day observance is designed to show appreciation for veterans with musical presentations and guest speakers.
Conroe Turkey Trot
At the Conroe Turkey Trot 5K, attendees can run, jog, walk, push a toddler in a stroller or bring their dog on a leash.
Montgomery Movie Night at the Park
The city of Montgomery invites the community to a movie night under the stars featuring “Up,” the Oscar-winning animated Pixar film.
Big Top Shopping Festival
At the Big Top Shopping Festival, attendees can expect a wide selection of exhibitors with boutique clothing, accessories, shoes, home decor, furniture, art, yard decorations and holiday items. The event will also include food trucks and live music.
