JULY 4th TIMELINE
PARADE: TUESDAY JULY 4th – Starting at the Racquet Center
+ 8:30am: Those participating in parade must arrive at this time to stage.
+ 9:15am: Walden Rd. will be closed at Emerson for parade to begin.
+ 9:30am: Parade starts from the Racquet Center and concludes at the Yacht Club.
PARADE CLOSING CEREMONY:

POST PARADE HOT DOG BBQ:
JULY 4 – Racquet Center 11am – 1pm
+ Don’t miss out on COMPLIMENTARY hot dogs, chips & refreshments!
BWG & YC POOL HOURS: Weekend Live Bands, Food, Family fun & Sun!
+ July 4: Pool open at 12 noon – 9pm (BWG 12pm – until close)
+ July 5-7: BWG & Pool open at 10am – 8pm (BWG 11am – until close)
+ Live Music Thursday starts by the Pool and goes until Fireworks begin!
+ Live Music Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Look for line-up update!
+ BWG Poolside service with a set menu will be available July 4-7.
+ NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.
+ NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON GROUNDS. Blankets & Chairs only for Fireworks on Thursday.
+ FREE Watermelon by the Pool on Thursday!

+ Only $48 for adults & $24 for kids 7–11, $12 for kids 4-6, ages 3 & under free
+ VIP Balcony seating $850 (up to 10ppl) includes buffet & 6 bottles of champagne & PARKING included for 2 vehicles.

PARKING & SHUTTLES:
+ THERE WILL BE NO PARKING of vehicles at the Yacht Club or anywhere along Melville between Emerson & the Yacht Club. The Yacht Club will have handicap parking available. The Sheriff’s Dept will be securing this area. Please display your permit.
+ NO GOLF CARTS TO THE YACHT CLUB WILL BE ALLOWED THIS YEAR. On Thursday, please park at any of the parking lots available and shuttle over.
+ FREE AIR-CONDITIONED SHUTTLE SERVICE will run Thursday from 12pm until the Fireworks are over! Attendants & Staff will be on-site to assist you. Colored wristbands will be handed out based on your lot color.
RED LOT are for those in the front half of Walden, catch your shuttle from Madeley Ranch Elementary School (Walden Church will be used for overflow).
GREEN LOT are for those near the back of Walden – catch your shuttle from the Racquet Center (If full, go to Red Lot).
BLUE LOT are for those near the front of Walden Rd – catch your shuttle from the Walden CIA Office.
