We are tiny in comparison to other parks, but still offer great lake views and extra large sites. We strive to provide our customers with a quality camping environment. We offer full 50/30/20 amp hookups! We are family owned and operated. Stop by and become part of our family too!

Triple-B RV park features a range of amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are over 60 spacious RV sites available, each equipped with full hookups, including water, sewer, and electricity. The park also features a laundry room, a bathhouse, and a propane filling station.

For those who love the outdoors, Triple-B RV Park on the Lake offers a range of recreational activities. You can enjoy fishing in the lake, swimming in the park’s swimming pool, or hiking in the nearby Sam Houston National Forest. There are also boat launches available if you want to take your boat out onto the lake.

The park is family-friendly and has a playground for kids to enjoy. Pets are welcome, and there is a designated dog park for them to run and play.

But... read moreI really didn't want to share my experience because I want to keep this little gem all to myself. But ultimately I decided these folks deserve the good reviews. I'll start out by saying that I would never have expected this RV park in the location where it is. It's right by the water and in the middle of a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. It's very well maintained and features wide, well maintained roads and lots. The lots are spacious and the one we parked in was perfectly level. It's got electric, water & septic.Sherri was wonderful to deal with and the level of customer service was well beyond my expectations. And her husband Jeff (I hope I remembered that correctly) was on-site, and very eager to help with anything.The RV park also has a small cabin with a laundry room and what looks like an ice machine outside (we didn't use it but what a nice little extra). I also saw a bucket with car wash supplies and I wouldn't doubt that those are for guests to use. Probably due to "nature" while I'll explain a little later :)There's also a charming palapa, with kayaks, canoes, life jackets, chairs and some toys for the kiddos to play in the little sandy beach area and for adults to entertain themselves with, like the corn hole boards.They also allow you to launch a boat from the property or park it there during your stay. Not sure if the parking would be extra but I'm sure it's well worth it.The property also has a very big grassy area that's great for walking your pets as it is a pet-friendly park.So the only thing that l would mention is that while this is a very quiet neighborhood and most of the RVers here are permanent or semi-permanent residents, you should be prepared for the wildlife that is NATURAL to this area. Expect some bird noises coming from the birds in the beautiful, TALL, trees all over the park. They do make some strange sounds and that's just what you expect from nature. It's not loud enough to hear from inside our trailer but you will hear them communicating with each other if you're outside. I believe (I may be wrong) it's the Double-crested Cormorant that makes its home in some of the trees and as one would expect, they fly over our vehicles and RV. So we and our vehicles are in "the line of fire". But let me tell you, this place is well worth the occasional truck/rv wash. And it's nothing crazy. We honestly didn't notice them because they fly so high and appear to live on just a handful of trees on one side of the park.Not even worth the mention in my opinion but for some that don't like the "nature" in nature.. maybe park on a different side of the park or somewhere else. I wouldn't blame the RV park for nature. It's part of camping! So we didn't care about that.That's it. Enjoy! read less - 4/19/2023

Triple B RV Park was a great experience, me and my wife visited for the weekend recently and were very pleasantly surprised how nice of a place we found. It’s peaceful, pretty and very well maintained. The lake view and waterfront area are awesome with a small beach, covered area with plenty of chairs and shade to relax. They have a canoe and kayaks for use free of charge, and boat launch and dock, laundry facility, ice machine and plenty of shade trees. The best part of our trip was the owner Jeff and his wife, these folks are special people and will go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. Jeff took the time to help me fix a flat tire on my truck with a plug, compressor and assistance. Sheri personally called us and checked on us while traveling to the park, what a kind gesture. It is a small perfect place on a private cove right on the shores of Lake Conroe. There is sandy beach with a large Palappa so you can sit and watch your kids (or dogs in our case) play. A boat ramp and free use of the kayaks an canoe. The park is filled with full timers but we were lucky enought to get in while someone was away. Once there we too did not want to leave. My brother recommended it to us who lives less than a mile away and we couldn't be more pleased. The little beach for our puppies was absolutely perfect and our oldest puppy actually learned how to swim, although accidentally! You felt like you were in a zoo in the mornings when you heard the storks in the trees the birds singing it is just stunning. Right on the Lake. Sheri and Jeff are just 2 of the sweetest people you could ever know. This park is highly recommended. Private beach on the lake with a big gazebo on the beach. Primitive boat ramp requires 4x4 to use but there’s never a line! There are two boat slips that are first come first serve. 3 other spots to tie up around the dock. There are kayaks and a canoe available to borrow free of charge. The park staff is very accommodating and professional. We are keeping our 5th wheel here for 3 months this time but will definitely be back next may through September. Only complaint is some of the spots can be tricky to back in to but there are lots of fine folks willing to help you out and spot for you if needed! read less - 2/05/2022

This RV park is tucked in Walden and has lake front area to enjoy the water, launch your boat, go kayaking or swimming or just feed the ducks and meet with fellow RVers for conversation and relaxing. Surrounded by a high end, safe neighborhood. It's small enough to get to know the other RVer's, make friends, and the owners, jeff and Sherry, Buddy make you feel at home like family. Spaces are roomy .Tried out one of their canoes for the first time. Caught several nice Blue catfish from their pier. We love going down to the beach to relax and listen to the waves or sitting by the fire with other campers at night there.Easy access to shopping, restaurants and medical, walking paths. Deer roam the park and neighborhood making their homes here. The pier was a perfect location for my husband to fish. We all felt so together the whole weekend, which was our entire goal. Let us start with the owners, Jeff and Sheri. The pride of ownership was obvious from the day we arrived. The park is beautiful & maintained like no other park we have seen. They are so friendly, attentive/helpful!! The beach area with the palapa was the best and we have to mention how much fun our Grandsons had jumping off the dock! We loved using the kayaks & floaties they provided....what a bonus!! Another bonus...the beautiful deer that came to visit at dawn & dusk! We have been pretty safe with Covid and have been staying home since March. So this was our first camping trip for 2020. This campground was perfect to visit with each of our parent’s nearby. We are pretty particular about campgrounds and look for something clean, quiet, not packed in like sardines, and somewhere we feel safe. We thought about camping at Lake Conroe last year, but when looking at the campground options nothing excited us. Luckily there is a new kid in town and we loved Triple-B Lakeside! What’s not love being right on the lake, two boat slips, a pier, beached entry into lake, decent sized level sites, large shade trees, kayaks, and awesome owners. You can tell the Bullock families take great pride in their campground! Located in the back of the quiet Walden community you don't hear any highway or traffic noise. I especially loved that a background check is required and each site is limited to two adults (children are only allowed as visitors). This helps keep the place from feeling overcrowded and noisy during the week, which is great for working remotely or relaxing by the water. It was such a pleasant, clean, peaceful campground with a great location. We will definitely be back! read less - 2/05/2021

They are down to earth and want to make my stay and your’s the best. They have the best r.v park thus far as I have been on the road traveling for work the last 15 years.I went to another site (never been to Texas and made Reservations and told them how long my camper was And would not accommodated it after they said it was ok!) could not even park it after a 15 hour drive. Found Triple-B and they we’re not quite open yet but the owners are so sweet they offered for me to come there that night and park on the main road and sleep there until they got my pad ready till in the morning!! I told the owners I had a toy hauler self contained, Who does that this day? I arrived at 8:30 a.m and they had my spot ready with the owner at the gate guiding me in!!Can’t express how this place is a heaven getaway!!,Laundry room,Fishing,& the owners offered me to use their kayaks .Plenty of shade and the trees around are to die for! Beautifully secluded in a quiet cove, with gorgeous trees, this has to be the most beautiful RV campground on Lake Conroe. According to reviews, the campground caters to adults, which only adds to its ambiance. I live in the area and can attest that this location is perfect for a quiet get away. I had to wait until the leaves dropped from all the stunning trees just to get a good aerial photo. After you soak in all the peace and quiet tranquility, if you want some excitement, Margaritaville is just a ten minute drive or a four mile boat ride. Walden golf course, 2.1 miles, is even closer. The park is just beautiful, with gorgeous shady trees, lush grass and even a private lakeside beach, complicate with picnic cabana. The owners are fantastic. They take great care of the place and it really shows. Loved the waterfront setting, and the wildlife was amazing as well.
