He has been is a licensed professional fishing guide and has many years of experience fishing and has been guiding on Lake Conroe for many years.

Philip loves to take kids, family, and friends fishing and have fun on the water catching fish and he loves to catch channel catfish, blue catfish, crappie, brim, black bass, hybrid striped bass and sand bass.

I love to take kids and grownups and families. I put them on lots of fish….and maybe a fish of a lifetime to have bragging rights. I believe in getting the ice chest full of fish to take home.

I highly recommend Captain Phillip!! He made my daughter’s Birthday special! We showed up with just us and a cooler with Ice to take home our Fish! I have never been successful at fishing and this was my daughter’s first experience and together we got 42 catfish. He was soooooo friendly and patient with us! He explained everything and showed us how to get plenty of fish. He even told us where to cast our lines to get the best catches! We flew in from New Orleans to take Captain Phillip's guided fishing trip on Lake Conroe and had to dodge rain for days and he was accommodating and flexible throughout the arrangements. All seven of us (two were children who were thrilled) caught fish!! We give him a rating of 10 but sadly, 5 is the highest we are able to give on this website!!! Captain Phillip rocks!! Booked captain Phillip for my friends bachelor party and we had a blast. We caught a total of 110 fish and didn’t even have to touch the bait or fish. The only thing I wish I would have done differently is go earlier in the morning (we went from 7am-3pm) as the fish earlier in the morning were much bigger and there were more of them. - 6/23/2022

Weve been out with Phil numerous times. Momma always said if you dont have something nice to say then keep you mouth shut. When phil was booked we ended up going with another guide. I wont mention his name but it wasnt nothing like goin out with phil.......if youre goin out on lake conroe trust me you want phil.......man knows where the fish are and he works for the money unlike some of these other ones that sit on the phone eatn crackers why youre baiting and netting and doing all the work and only go 100 yards past the marina to one spot. Phil will go allllll over the lake chasin the fish and with phil you catch them all.....crappie, hybrids, catfish, bream, unlike others thst knly fish for catfish. And to the one person up here who spoiled phils perfect record.........hes got absolutely nothing to do with the parking lot .........take that comment down. - 6/23/2022
