Rotarians are raising funds for their programs in a variety of ways. The Rotary Club of Lake Conroe is planning their annual fundraiser for 2025 – The “Rotary Roll Beer and Wine Tour!”
This fundraiser takes place during the entire month of March. Participating local wineries and breweries provide patrons with samples of their wines and beers to entice new customers to visit their establishments. Tickets are $50 per Adult and include a venue map, a ticket book to each of the wineries and breweries, and tastings at each of the venues. There are twelve local Wine or Beer Venues to tour in the Montgomery County area. It’s a fun social event to visit the area and meet the local businesses with friends. Tickets are good to use during the entire month of March. Although the list is not firmed up, I believe the wineries and breweries include;
• Bernhardt Winery near Plantersville.
• H Wines near Montgomery
• B. E. Winery in Conroe
• The Ferm Meadery in historic downtown Conroe
• West Sandy Creek Winery near Richards
• Fass Beer in historic downtown Conroe
• B52 Winery in Conroe
• South Star Brewers in Conroe
• Copperhead Brewery in Conroe
• Cork This – Tap That in Dobbin
Proceeds from this fundraiser go to The Rotary Club of Lake Conroe Foundation which supports charitable operations at
• Memory Park
• Candy Roll Project
• Scholarships for graduating High School Seniors
• Rotary Youth Leadership weekends for Juniors
• Books for Literacy
• Blankets for Shelters
• Veterans and Women’s Shelters
• International Polio Eradication
