LandShark Bar & Grill, a signature waterfront dining experience at Margaritaville Lake Resort on Lake Conroe, has announced an expanded menu with new options. 

The new items include additions to appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees, desserts, cocktails and new beers.

“From mouthwatering appetizers and refreshing salads to hearty sandwiches and tropical cocktails, the new flavors are designed to enhance the LandShark dining experience,” said Erika DeLaCruz, director of food and beverage for Margaritaville Lake Resort. “We look forward to serving them to resort guests and locals alike.” 

The new Crispy Coconut Shrimp appetizer features coconut-crusted jumbo shrimp served with vibrant pineapple aioli, with crispy, sweet and tangy flavors. 

A new Taco Salad loaded with seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, mixed greens, tortilla chips, pico de gallo, sour cream and ranch dressing is a new salad menu item. 

New sandwiches include the hearty Steak Sandwich and Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich with crispy chicken paired with Havarti cheese, lettuce, pickles and a honey-chipotle sauce served on a toasted brioche.

Added entrees include Crab Cakes, Key Lime Grilled Shrimp, Shrimp Tacos and a Seafood Platter with LandShark Fish & Chips, coconut shrimp, fried shrimp, French fries served with pineapple aioli, Key West cocktail sauce, and citrus tartar sauce.

End the meal on a sweet note with new Chocolate Lava Cake with a molten chocolate center. 

New cocktails include Seaside Hacienda a blend of Patron Silver Tequila, Cointreau Orange Liqueur, agave nectar and house margarita mix, along with fresh orange and lime juices, Pineapple Overboard, Coconut Sandbar, Strawberry Moonshine Rita, Coco Cabana, Watermelon Lemonade, Cosmo Getaway and rum-based Sandbar Sundaze.

The restaurant’s beer list now includes draft offerings, including Yuengling, and canned options, such as Dos Equis XX, High Noon Variety and Shiner Bock.

LandShark Bar & Grill offers lakefront dining for lunch and dinner. Its happy hour is from 4 to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday and kids eat free every Monday. 

The Lake Conroe destination that opened in June 2020 offers all-suite accommodations and a variety of amenities, including an 18-hole golf course, the 3.5-acre Jolly Mon Water Park, a private beach, Fins Up Fitness Center, St. Somewhere Spa, watercraft rental, Parrot Island Mini Golf, tennis and pickleball courts and six on-site Margaritaville-inspired restaurants.
