One of my favorites is the Conroe Symphony Orchestra annual Christmas concert. This year the concert is Saturday, Dec. 14 at 2:30pm at the First Methodist Conroe church. Meals on Wheels Montgomery County has their annual Stockings for Seniors, by purchasing four items from a list of requested items and place them in a reusable shopping bag. The deadline for donations is Friday, December 13 at Meals on Wheels, 111 South 2nd Street, Conroe. Mondays through Fridays, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Fuzzy slippers, bird feeder or windchimes, ornaments, mini first aid kit, pillowcases, cooling towels, AA or AAA batteries, insulated cups with handles, puzzle books, pill case, bath set, or a hands free magnifying glass.
