Evergreen invites families to move, groove and vibe during a month-long home tour sure to put a spring in everyone’s step beginning April 1 at 16313 Sheridan River Trail in Conroe, TX.
In addition to eight model homes and a range of move-in ready homes to tour, the Conroe community’s Groovin’ Into Spring Home Tour features family fun on the weekends, including activity books, lemonade, retro Coca-Cola, cake pops, cookies, record coasters and more. Visitors will have an opportunity to enter to win $500, and builders will offer up to $20,000 in incentives. Homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays.
