About the B52 Brewing 5k Beer Run

This chip-timed event starts and finishes at the brewery and follows a flat, scenic out-and-back course.  Great post race party with included beer, food trucks, awards and random drawings.

What you get for the buck:

Your entry includes a custom finisher glass, four 8-oz tastings of your choice of B52’s finest, an official race performance fabric T-shirt (kids cotton sizes available), and a well-marked and supported course. Also:

  • Chip timing
  • Free race photos available online after the race
  • Food trucks available for anyone wishing to purchase tasty food after the run!
  • The chance to win a competitive award OR a prize in our random drawings!
  • Strollers welcome!

  • $55 through March 13
  • $60 through March 30
  • $65 after that
  • $70 race day

MINOR registration (includes the option for a cotton T-shirt in youth sizes and souvenir finisher glass and beverage)

Awards

Top male and female overall and master (40 and up) winners will receive custom awards designed just for beer lovers! Custom awards also go to the top three male and female in the following age groups:  19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and up. We will hold a random drawing for souvenir awards AFTER the competitive award ceremony.

The Course

This flat, fast out-and-back course starts and finishes at B52 Brewing and runs to Old Hwy 105 and turns around on South Shore Dr for a scenic out and back route.

Packet Pick Up

  • Friday before the event at the brewery from 4-7PM.
  • Race Day from 6:30-8AM

Parking

It’s free and there’s plenty of it. Follow volunteer and/or police instructions for brewery parking.
